Payment Policy
This website is operated by Sandstream Etching trading as Sandstream Etching. All prices are in Australian dollars, and the Sandstream website will only accept payment in Australian dollars. Goods purchased on the Sandstream Internet site will only be sent to the purchaser’s shipping address once payment has been received and name and address details have been verified. Verification processes may include a search on the Sensis White Pages website, or through a phone call. If verification of name and address cannot be done to Sandstream Etchings satisfaction, Sandstream Etching will not release the goods and will instead issue a refund.

In the event of the purchase of goods as a gift, Sandstream Etching  will need verification of the recipient’s name and address as supplied on the order. The process as detailed above will apply to such purchases.

The Merchant name Sandstream Etching will appear on your credit card statement.

 

Pricing of Products/Services
Sandstream Etching reserves the right to change the prices of product or services, subject to change without notification. All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 1st July 2014.  Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.
