Refund Policy

Please choose carefully as no refunds or exchanges will be given on any product. Replacements will only be made on faulty goods. This does not include products that are damaged, stolen or lost in transit. Postage and handling costs are the buyers' responsibility and should be returned in its original state of packaging with invoice/receipt, should the product be faulty. The product will then be assessed by management and the situation rectified at management’s discretion.

 

Order Dispatching
Orders will be dispatched after the credit card details have been processed and approved OR the direct deposit has cleared in our bank account.  Please note that a $10.00 fee will be charged to cover administration bank fees if the amount does not approve.
